All items must be paid in full unless otherwise discussed. JS Creations and Crafts accepts a variety of payment methods including Venmo, Zelle (quickpay), PayPal, Square, Cash app and of course cash!

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are final sale. Everything is made to order and will be discussed in detail to ensure accuracy.

SHIPPING

All shipped items are shipped at the lowest cost to the customer. JS Creations does not deliver unless otherwise discussed. Once an order is shipped, I can send a tracking number for you. Once the package leaves my hands, I cannot be responsible for lost merchandise. All items are insured for up to $50 by USPS or UPS Please contact me with any questions.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since most items are made to order and typically customized, all sales are final unless they can be resold. This will be handled on a case to case basis.
